This site is hosted by Squarespace, which also collects standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) and uses cookies as described in Squarespace's own policies.

How it is used

Information you send through this site is used only to respond to your inquiry, schedule or manage appointments, and operate the practice. It is never sold.

Sharing

Information is shared only with the service providers that run this site and its scheduling (such as Squarespace and Acuity Scheduling), and only as needed for them to provide their services, or if disclosure is required by law.

A note on messages

Email and website forms are not a secure way to share detailed health information. Please save personal health details for your sessions or a phone conversation.
